9/21/2007 My Name is Eva. I live in Illinois. I am 40 years old.  I have one son.  He is 18. He has been tested and it was ok.  I would love to hear from someone that understands.  I was 38 when I was told I had Alpha-1 and I have to say it was a shock to me. I have three brothers, but they have not been tested. I have two sisters and they have not been tested that I know of.  Hope to hear from someone.  Love, Eva
